Our service will start at 9:00 and end at 10:30.

During that time here is what we do:

We sing!  Whether with a hymn or a new song, we love to worship God.

We pray!  There is a prayer request form in the bulletin if you would like us to pray for some need.

We learn!  We systematically read, pray and preach the Scriptures to learn the wonder and the will of our God.

We care!  It’s not just about us.  It is about serving others with the love of Jesus. Fellowship time is more than coffee and donuts.

FAQ’s
Q:  What should I expect during the Worship Service?
A:  Each service is unique but generally includes reading Scripture, prayer, singing, testimonies and a sermon.  Music will include both contemporary worship songs and classic hymns.  Prayer will sometimes be led by worship leaders and sometimes from within the congregation.  An offering will be collected but giving is only expected by those who regularly attend the church.  The sermon will examine a portion of Scripture, often a part of a series of study.

Q:  What do my children do during the worship service?
A:  Children are welcome to remain in the service with the adults or those ages 4 and up may attend our Kid’s Church program.  There is a nursery available for children under the age of 4.  Children’s program workers and programs are governed by prudent child protection practices.

Q:  What do I wear?
A:  As an historic church in a beach community dress varies widely.  There is  no dress code other than the biblical mandate to pursue modesty.  You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts  to dresses and an occasional suit.
